We install METAL ROOF SHEETING, CORRUGATED ROOF SHEETING and PRO LOCK ROOF SHEETS for residential, industrial and commercial buildings.

Metal sheeting by various manufacturers: Chromadek, Colorplus and SAFAL.

We also do Over Tile Flashing, Under Tile Flashing and Roll Tip Ridging.

Concrete roof tiles by various manufacturer’s : Marley, Lafarge/Monier roofing, Brickor ,Coverland etc.

Installation of all the above including certification.

Laminated Timber Beams:

Laminated TIMBER beams are the natural alternative to steel or concrete. It is a natural structural material that is economical, strong, and aesthetically good .

Laminated Timber Beams are made by gluing timber together, under pressure and heat. The resulting product is strong, stable, and rigid with significant advantages over structural steel and concrete.

The manufacture, distribution, and treatment of laminated timber beams all consume less energy than any other building materials. A laminated timber beam is a long-lasting material that’s easy to work with.

The high weight-to-strength ratio of Laminated Timber Beams allows design for maximum loads with the smallest possible end sections. Laminated Timber Beams are structurally engineered timber elements with high strength, dimensional stability, good load carrying capacity, superior fire resistance and are manufactured from select quality timber.

Bargeboards & Facia Boards:

Bargeboards refer to the fascia’s located at the gable end or side of a roof. Used to protect the roof timbers of a building, bargeboards can also have a significant impact on the general aesthetics of the exterior of your property.

What’s more, bargeboards can often be made in a variety of colours, with a range of coating options, so can make a great addition to any property no matter what style it is.

A major functional benefit of bargeboards is that they will keep your roof lining dry and free of any gaps or holes around the edges of your roofing. The main benefit of adding bargeboards to your property is for aesthetic purposes, however, adding a great look and character to the roofline of the property.

Bargeboards are a particularly popular look on Victorian and Edwardian-era properties, however the designs have evolved over the years into some beautifully charming styles suitable for a wide range of buildings.

The fascia is a 1×6 wooden band that is situated vertically behind the eavestrough, running horizontally under the edge of your roof. Usually the fascia wood is cladded by aluminum (called fascia aluminum). This adds an aesthetically pleasing dimension to the eavestrough system, and at the same time, protects the wood fascia from rotting.

This advanced paint system incorporates a heat reflective pigment providing an up to 8°C cooler benefit along with improved paint system durability. Strength
